Dr. Martins’ research examines the public health impacts of substance usepolicies\, including the effects of medical and recreational cannabis laws\, the intersection of opioidand cannabis policies on opioid-related harms. During her presentation\, she will provide herideas for growing the Rutgers Addiction Research Center.
