Led by Drs. Jill Rabinowitz, Jessica Salvatore, and Sarah Brislin, the Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics Working Group brings together Rutgers scholars to advance understanding of the genetic basis of complex mental health outcomes and foster multidisciplinary collaboration.
The kickoff meeting will feature Dr. Jared V. Balbona, whose research uses genome-wide and family-based approaches to examine risk, resilience, and heterogeneity across psychiatric conditions, with a focus on substance use disorders.
