Abstract: Super-resolution microscopy has revolutionized cell biology, but its adoption is often limited by the high cost of specialized hardware. Expansion Microscopy (ExM) offers a powerful alternative by physically expanding specimens, enabling nanoscale imaging on any conventional microscope. However, academic ExM protocols can be confusing to navigate, complex, time-consuming to optimize, and yield inconsistent results. This webinar will introduce the principles of ExM, Magnify, and demonstrate how Magnify Biosciences’ commercial kits overcome common hurdles in practicing ExM and are suitable for a broad range of applications in many fields, such as cell biology, neurosciences, and pathology. We will cover our versatile kits for various sample types, from culture cells to freshly preserved tissues to FFPE slides.
